GameTrackr Best Hunting Video Contest

1. Sponsor

This contest is sponsored by HeatSight Optics, Michigan, USA ("Sponsor"). Contact: [email protected] or (313) 338-8168. The contest is administered on GameTrackr (gametrackr.us). This contest is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or any other third-party platform.

2. Contest period

The contest begins July 15, 2026 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time and ends October 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (the "Contest Period"). Entries and votes submitted outside the Contest Period will not count.

3. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia, excluding California, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. California is excluded because state law restricts weapon-mounted night optics, and the prize cannot be shipped there. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family or household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law. The prize is an export-controlled item and can only be shipped to a United States address.

4. How to enter

1. Create a free account at gametrackr.us. Creating an account is and will remain free.
2. Upload an original hunting video of a hunt you personally participated in, as a hunt post on your account.
3. Open the contest page under Challenges and enter your hunt post into the contest.

Limit one (1) entry per person and per account. Entering multiple accounts is grounds for disqualification. There is no fee to enter or win, and no purchase is required.

5. Content requirements

By entering, you confirm that:

1. You own the footage and shot it yourself or have full rights to it, and it is your original work.
2. The hunt shown was legal where and when it took place: proper licenses and tags, open season, legal species, legal method of take, and lawful land access.
3. The video does not show illegal activity, poaching, hunting violations, or unsafe firearm handling.
4. Any people appearing in the video have consented to appear.

Sponsor may reject, remove, or disqualify any entry at its sole discretion, including entries that violate these requirements, the GameTrackr Community Rules, or applicable law.

6. Judging and winner selection

The winner is decided by the GameTrackr community. Registered GameTrackr users vote for their favorite entry during the Contest Period. One vote per user (you may change your vote at any time before the contest ends). The eligible entry with the most valid votes when the Contest Period closes wins.

Vote integrity: Votes generated by bots, scripts, purchased votes, vote exchanges, or duplicate accounts will be discarded, and the associated entries may be disqualified, at Sponsor's sole discretion. Before results are final, Sponsor verifies the vote count and the winning entry's eligibility under these rules. In the event of a tie, the entry that reached its vote total first wins. Sponsor's decisions on all contest matters are final and binding.

7. Prize

One (1) Grand Prize: a HeatSight Optics TPM A01 640x512 50mm LRF thermal rifle scope, approximate retail value $1,599.00 USD. The prize is not transferable and no cash substitution is available, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable. The winner is solely responsible for any taxes that may apply, and for complying with all state and local laws on the possession and use of thermal optics where they live and hunt. Shipping to a US address (excluding California) is included.

8. Winner notification

The winner will be announced on or before November 7, 2026, and notified by email at the address on their GameTrackr account. If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days, or cannot verify eligibility, the prize is forfeited and Sponsor may award it to the entry with the next-highest valid vote total.

9. License to your entry

You keep ownership of your video. By entering, you grant Sponsor and GameTrackr a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and share your entry (with credit to your account name) for contest administration and for promoting the contest and its results.

10. Privacy

Information you submit is used to administer the contest, verify eligibility, and deliver the prize. The winner's account name and entry may be published as part of the results. Contact information is not sold to third parties.

11. General conditions

By entering, you release Sponsor and GameTrackr from any liability arising from participation in the contest or use of the prize, to the fullest extent permitted by law. You are responsible for safe and lawful use of the prize. Sponsor may suspend, modify, or cancel the contest if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs its integrity, and may award the prize among eligible entries received before such action. These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
