Coptic Fire Burns in Everglades National Park

A wildfire started by lightning in Everglades National Park, known as the Coptic Fire, has spread to 4,793 acres in size. The fire, located approximately five miles south of U.S. Highway 41, is primarily burning in prairie habitat and has reached 40% containment.
