The National Park Service announced the completion of a more than $100 million rehabilitation of 75 miles of the Blue Ridge Parkway in Western North Carolina. The project restores the historic roadway, improving safety and travel conditions for visitors. Hunters should note the upgraded access routes may affect travel to nearby hunting areas, but all standard hunting regulations and permit requirements remain in effect.
