BLM Announces Wild Horse and Burro Adoption Event

The Bureau of Land Management is holding a Branded Equine Therapy adoption event for wild horses and burros. The event will give the public an opportunity to adopt these animals and support BLM’s management of its lands. BLM oversees roughly 245 million acres of public land across 12 western states and works to sustain the health, diversity, and productivity of those lands for present and future generations, a mission that aligns with responsible hunting and conservation goals.
